But I was kidnapped and sent somewhere like a school or a prison, I found an exit, I ran away but i stopped on a high hill and looked a car or something away and in my shadow I saw the devil. Then I woke up (in the dream) and I had a sleep paralysis episode and couldn’t talk, I saw his face and like a blur, I could move but not talk, I started going to my mom’s room and I was trying to say “wake up, dream” when I was close to my mom’s room I woke up saying “Mother”
Dreams involving themes of being kidnapped or confined often represent feelings of being trapped or restricted in some area of your life. The setting of a school or prison may suggest you feel like you are in a situation where you are being judged, whether academically, socially, or personally. The act of finding an exit and running away symbolizes a desire for freedom and a quest for escape from these limiting circumstances.
Stopping on a high hill to look at a car or something in the distance may indicate a moment of reflection or a reconsideration of your path. The presence of the devil in your shadow suggests internal conflict or perhaps a sense of guilt, temptation, or anxiety you may be grappling with. This aspect of the dream could point to fears of making the wrong choices or succumbing to negative influences in your life.
The transition to sleep paralysis within the dream is particularly significant. Sleep paralysis is often associated with feelings of vulnerability and helplessness, which could echo your earlier feelings of being trapped. Seeing the devil's face during this state could represent your fears or anxieties becoming more pronounced and harder to escape when you feel most vulnerable.
Attempting to call for your mother signifies a desire for comfort, safety, and support as you navigate these intense feelings. The act of waking up and saying "Mother" encapsulates a seeking out of reassurance in times of distress.
Overall, this dream seems to highlight feelings of confinement, internal conflict, and a longing for support as you navigate personal challenges. It may be beneficial to reflect on areas in your waking life where you feel restrained or fearful, and consider seeking support or exploring these feelings further.
